THAT Minor Variance Number D1310724 be approved as submitted, subject to the following conditions: The extent of the variances is to be limited to that shown on the sketch plan attached to the Notice of Public Meeting dated November 14, 2024; This variance shall lapse within three years should a future Plan of Subdivision not be registered; and, The applicant shall, to the satisfaction of the Town of Collingwood, pay any additional costs and expenses incurred as a result of the review of this application.
