THAT the content of the Committee of Adjustment meeting agenda for December 19, 2024, be adopted as presented.

THAT Consent Number D10924 be Provisionally Granted subject to the following conditions: A copy of a deposited Reference Plan describing the Lands to be Severed and Merged shall be submitted to the Secretary-Treasurer to the satisfaction of the Town of Collingwood; and, The applicant shall, to the satisfaction of the Town of Collingwood, pay any additional costs and expenses incurred as a result of the review of this application and the satisfying of any of the conditions of the Consent.
