THAT the minutes of the regular meeting of the Trails and Active Transportation Advisory Committee, held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, be adopted as amended and forwarded to Council for receipt at its next regular meeting. Amendment: Removal of statement from agenda item 5.3: " Committee questioned what would happen if an Engineer refuses to sign off on the boardwalk sections currently on site and Manager Martin noted that it would have to be removed as it is not approved." Amendment: Addition to agenda item 5.3: " Co-Chair Millar referenced an apparent precedent whereby an "as built" facility was approved by a conservation authority - after legal challenge."
