THAT the content of the Committee of Adjustment meeting agenda for Thursday, November 27, 2025, be adopted as presented.

THAT Minor Variance Number PLCIMA2025400, pertaining to 10 Ramblings Way, be approved as submitted, subject to the following conditions: The extent of the variance is to be limited to that shown on the sketch plan attached to the Notice of Public Meeting dated November 13, 2025; and, The applicant shall, to the satisfaction of the Town of Collingwood, pay any additional costs and expenses incurred as a result of the review of this application.

THAT Minor Variance Number PLCIMA2025403, pertaining to 47 Fourth Street East, be approved as submitted, subject to the following conditions: The extent of the variance is to be limited to that shown on the sketch plan attached to the Notice of Public Meeting dated November 13, 2025; and, The applicant shall, to the satisfaction of the Town of Collingwood, pay any additional costs and expenses incurred as a result of the review of this application.

THAT Minor Variance Number PLCIMA2025440, pertaining to 22 Market Street, be approved as submitted, subject to the following conditions: The extent of the variance is to be limited to that shown on the sketch plan attached to the Notice of Public Meeting dated November 13, 2025; and, The applicant shall, to the satisfaction of the Town of Collingwood, pay any additional costs and expenses incurred as a result of the review of this application.

THAT Minor Variance Number PLCAMI2025430, pertaining to 45 Slalom Gate Road, be approved as submitted, subject to the following conditions: The extent of the variances is to be limited to that shown on the sketch plan attached to the Notice of Public Meeting dated November 13, 2025; and, The applicant shall, to the satisfaction of the Town of Collingwood, pay any additional costs and expenses incurred as a result of the review of this application and the satisfying of any of the conditions of the Minor Variance.

THAT Consent Number PLBN2025338, pertaining to 23 Silver Creek Drive, be Provisionally Granted subject to the following conditions: A copy of a deposited Reference Plan describing the lot to be Severed shall be submitted to the Secretary-Treasurer to the satisfaction of the Town of Collingwood; The applicant shall, to the satisfaction of the Town of Collingwood, demolish the existing detached accessory structure situate on the lot to be Severed; The applicant shall, to the satisfaction of the Town of Collingwood, provide adequate services (municipal water and private on-site sanitary) to the Severed and Retained lots. To adequately service each lot, a new water service will need to be installed and connected to the watermain within the frontage of the lot, and private on-site sanitary services will need to be installed to the satisfaction of Building Services staff at the time of Building Permit issuance. The applicant is to coordinate with the Town’s Water and Wastewater department to complete the servicing work. The new servicing infrastructure will be at the applicant’s expense; The applicant shall contribute 5% of the value of the lot to be Severed for parkland dedication purposes pursuant to Parkland Dedication By-law Number 04-63. An individual who is certified with the Accredited Appraiser of Canada Institute (A.A.C.I.) designation shall undertake the appraisal; and, The applicant shall, to the satisfaction of the Town of Collingwood, pay any additional costs and expen

WHEREAS, Secretary-Treasurer Whitehead may occasionally be absent; AND WHEREAS , it may be necessary execute time-sensitive duties of the Secretary-Treasure in accordance with the Planning Act during absences; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT , the Committee of Adjustment appoint the Manager of Planning, or their designated alternate, to act as Secretary-Treasurer during any period in which the Secretary-Treasurer is absent or unable to perform their duties.
