THAT the content of the Collingwood Heritage Committee agenda for Thursday, May 7, 2026, be adopted as amended: Attachments added to Agenda Item 6.1

THAT the minutes of the regular meeting of the Collingwood Heritage Committee held on Thursday, April 2, 2026, be adopted as presented and forwarded to Council for receipt at its next regular meeting.

THAT the Collingwood Heritage Committee recommend that Council not initiate the process to designate 660 Sixth Street. For (4) Cathy de Ruiter, David Jefferies, Stewart Hunt, and Ainsley Coatsworth Against (1) Travis Jeffery

THAT the Collingwood Heritage Committee recommend approval for the 2026 Heritage Grant applications for 362 Peel Street and 198 Pine Street as presented in the attached table.

THAT the Collingwood Heritage Committee receive the Heritage Permits List as presented for information purposes: PLHP2026073: 197 Hurontario - storefront alterations including new wood paneling under windows, front-lit fascia sign for “Budapest Bakeshop”, painting door PLHP2026085: 28 Huron Street – New non-illuminated fascia sign on east elevation for “Blue Shores Counselling” PLHP2026086: 43 Hurontario Street (rear 2nd storey) - Brick work repairs and repainting previously painted masonry and trims PLHP2026090: 402 Maple Street - front door repairs PLHP2026112: 243 Hurontario Street - New non-illuminated fascia sign on west elevation for “Sotheby's Realty”

THAT the meeting of the Collingwood Heritage Committee be hereby adjourned at 11:39 a.m.,
