MacNair THAT as per section 5.6 of the establishing by-law of the Museum Advisory Committee, which states that meetings of the Committee shall generally be held monthly or at the call of the Chair, the Committee shall generally establish a regular meeting schedule that may be reviewed from time to time; AND THAT the Museum Advisory Committee meet every third Thursday of the month from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. commencing Thursday, March 20, 2025, subject to change by the call of the Chair or Staff, and approval from Member Edwards.
