THAT the Collingwood OPP Detachment Board direct the appropriate OPP Detachment personnel to meet with appropriate Town staff to discuss resources and best approaches regarding public nuisance activities and enforcement and report back as soon as practicable. AND THAT the Board, Staff and Detachment Team create a communications plan around the public's role in assisting authorities.
