THAT the content of the Accessibility Advisory Committee Meeting agenda for Thursday, February 19, 2026, be adopted as amended: Agenda Item 5.1 - defer to another meeting Agenda Item 8.2 - updated to include a review of a letter of support Agenda Item 8.3 - addition of letter of support for E3 Community Services Accessible Vehicle Grant Request

THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee endorse a letter of support for the RBC Barrier Busters Grant by the Rick Hansen Foundation for funds to be put toward the installation of a lift at the Eddie Bush Memorial Arena providing access to the second floor Hall of Fame Room; AND THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee acknowledges that the installation of a lift does not address all accessibility barriers for all people, including access to accessible washrooms and transfer of mobility devices on the second floor, that still exist at the Eddie Bush Arena.
