THAT the content of the Museum Advisory Committee Meeting agenda for Thursday, June 19, 2025 be adopted as amended: Report attached to Agenda Item 9.1

THAT the Museum Advisory Committee approve the following Draft 2026 Goals and Objectives including any identified budget considerations: Implementation of the Collingwood Museum Master Plan 2025-2030; Drive membership and promote opportunities for membership engagement through the Museum Membership Sub-Committee; Continue to promote the museum and its offerings to local clubs, schools and organizations; Continue to brainstorm and implement general promotional opportunities, including an updated brochure, and signage through Tourism Oriented Directional Signage (TODS). AND THAT the Draft 2026 Goals and Objectives document be forwarded to Legislative Services for consideration in the Draft 2026 Municipal Budget.
