THAT Consent Number PLBN2026050 be Provisionally Granted subject to the following conditions: A copy of a deposited Reference Plan describing the lot to be severed shall be submitted to the Secretary-Treasurer to the satisfaction of the Town of Collingwood; The applicant shall, to the satisfaction of the Town of Collingwood, pay any additional costs and expenses incurred as a result of the review of this application and the satisfying of any of the conditions of the Consent.
